Lindenberg is a highly creative hospitality group from Frankfurt. It runs several houses in the city on the Main, as well as Lost Lindenberg, a beachside vacation hotel among the palm trees in Pekutatan on Bali. Another hotel, Lilløy Lindenberg in Norway, opened in spring 2025. Here we present two of the Frankfurt hotels.
The hotel is in the old, venerable district of Alt-Sachsenhausen, a neighborhood buzzing with bars and pubs, so you stay right in the middle of the action. That is exactly what makes the house so charming: you would never expect it here. And thanks to the thick double-glazed windows, you hardly hear a sound. The location is perfect, close to the Main and to the city center, which you can reach in 15 minutes on the hotel’s own bikes.
The rooms are spread over four floors, all comfortably and creatively furnished, some with genuinely one-of-a-kind pieces. They range from 19 to 25 square meters, plus an attic apartment on the fifth floor with a freestanding bathtub, its own kitchen and a view of the Frankfurt skyline.
The vegan breakfast is served in the living-room café on the ground floor.

What sets Libertine apart is its sense of community and creativity. Guests can prepare a meal in the communal kitchen and dining room, stocked with quality ingredients for solo meals or shared dinners. The in-house recording studio, Lotte Lindenberg, brings a steady stream of music and live performances to the house. And at Libertine Toko & Bar, Indonesian drinks and small plates are served in a setting that reflects the energy of the neighborhood.

The smallest and finest Lindenberg house occupies a beautiful Art Nouveau villa in Frankfurt’s Ostend, currently a very popular residential neighborhood. There are only ten individually decorated suites, each named after a woman, with names beginning with “L.” They are cheerfully decorated in very different colors and are especially appealing for longer stays.
They range from 19 to 33 square meters, and all have a small kitchenette.

There is also a communal kitchen, a stylish dining room, a terrace for eating outdoors, a small gym and even a home cinema. You basically live in a villa with everything you need – and more.
